Descrição

• Deliver capital improvement projects successfully • Manage day-to-day programming, planning, design, construction, and closeout efforts • Ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and according to client objectives and governance requirements • Serve as liaison among clients/users, consultants, contractors, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies • Focus on retail branch ground-up and high-profile flagship projects • Develop project goals, schedules, budgets, strategies, assumptions, and methodologies • Establish project goals and success criteria meeting JLL and client needs • Build client relationships and clarify project scope, deliverables, and performance standards • Coordinate due diligence and maintain project documentation • Develop detailed project budgets using historical and market data • Act as primary client contact throughout projects • Guide clients and teams through design implementation and construction documentation/signoff • Develop and maintain master project schedules • Prepare RFPs and manage vendor and contractor selection • Develop procedures for project/service distribution, receipt, opening, leveling, and awards • Facilitate project meetings and coordination with internal staff, stakeholders, and external users • Manage performance against schedules, milestones, and critical path items across multiple projects • Manage vendor and project team compliance with contracts, regulations, and client expectations • Identify, manage, and mitigate liabilities and risks • Refine JLL best practices and standards of excellence • Keep the Director of Project Management informed of project, internal, and client issues • Maintain accounts receivable within planned working capital limits • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requisitos

• At least 5 years of practical experience with ADA requirements and corporate real estate management or in the construction management industry • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive-level external and internal clients • High levels of customer service • Ability to serve multiple clients, deliver on milestones, and create a positive impression • Ability to work independently and within a team • Organizational and strong analytical skills; ability to identify and manage priorities • Detail oriented • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • This position does not provide visa sponsorship
