Descrição

• Lead end-to-end project delivery by developing and executing project strategies, budgets, and schedules • Serve as the primary client contact throughout design and construction phases • Establish project goals and success criteria aligned with JLL and client needs • Maintain transparent communication with clients, vendors, stakeholders, and internal partners • Coordinate due diligence efforts • Develop detailed project budgets using historical and market data • Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules • Manage KPIs and project performance • Prepare RFPs for vendor and contractor services • Manage bidding processes and vendor selection • Forecast monthly project spend aligned with the client's Capital Plan • Facilitate project meetings and coordination exercises • Guide clients and architectural teams through design from concept to final construction documents • Manage contractors through onboarding, construction, commissioning, punchlist, and closeout • Travel throughout the Upstate NY region as required, estimated at 25% • Work from home with travel throughout the Upstate NY region

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years as a Project Manager or similar role • Ability to clearly communicate to the client and team to achieve project goals • Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings • Highly organized with strong analytical skills • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients and external team members • Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, submittals, and change orders • Experience managing interior fitout and building infrastructure projects • Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and MS Project • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
