Descrição

• Provide support to Integrated Facilities clients and internal stakeholders by optimizing JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies • Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence for services operations • Identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives • Support JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management as a subject matter expert • Build and implement standardized, efficient sourcing processes • Develop account sourcing plans focused on cost savings, supplier consolidation, sustainability, and supplier diversity • Collaborate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to drive immediate and sustained benefits • Lead sourcing functions including supplier due diligence, prospective supplier assessment, RFPs/bids, and operational transitions • Provide status updates and communications to Supply Chain and business stakeholders • Support operations teams with RFP/bid, contracting, supplier onboarding, and operational processes • Help lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers • Support supplier relationship and performance programs • Ensure compliance with JLL and client sourcing, contracting, risk management, and ethics policies • Maintain system data integrity and required documentation • Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contractual terms and approvals • Support development of supplier diversity programs and educate suppliers

🎯 Requisitos

• 3–5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories, with facility services highly desired • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills • Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering results in a fast-paced, challenging environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence and communicate professionally • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience with procurement and work order systems such as Jaggaer, Ariba, or Corrigo highly desired • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
