Descrição

• Support major decisions regarding team buildout and operational policies and procedures • Define and support implementation of fund administration workflows, applying best practices and process efficiencies • Identify product development opportunities and route technical and product feedback to product development teams • Assist in training and managing a team of fund accountants • Interface directly with clients to deliver an outstanding client experience • Serve as a technical accounting expert and key advisor on significant business and accounting decisions • Review and perform accounting, analytical, and financial reporting duties • Ensure client and investor reporting is prepared and completed timely and accurately • Review investor allocations for investor statements, waterfall calculations, capital calls, and distributions in accordance with Limited Partnership Agreements • Prepare and review asset- and fund-level performance metrics, including IRRs and TVPI • Assist in preparing, compiling, and verifying external client and regulatory reporting • Prepare and review financial information for stockholder/investor reports • Assist with annual audits, audit reports, schedules, disclosures, PBC lists, and tax returns • Research and assist in interpreting recent accounting developments

🎯 Requisitos

• 4+ years of fund accounting or audit experience with exposure to Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit and/or Real Estate funds • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field • Exposure to complex fund structures, waterfall calculations, performance metrics (IRRs), distributions and capital calls calculations • Experience with annual reporting (audited financial statements) • Passion for technology and a desire to use technology to improve business operations • Experience scoping out system requirements and implementing new systems • Strategic thinker with the ability to master both the details and the big picture • Ability to handle many projects at once without losing track of the details • Comfortable with ambiguity, excellent work ethic and likes to take ownership of your work
