Descrição

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications to improve e-learning solutions for veterans. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven strategies that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of educational programs and propose improvements. • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to management and relevant departments.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role within the e-learning industry. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or equivalent. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
