Descrição

• Develop compelling email, SMS, and social campaigns for lead generation • Collaborate with business-unit marketing managers and channel marketing to combine content across business units • Develop trigger-based campaigns to drive loyalty and repeat purchases • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to align content, context, and campaign strategy • Support implementation, tracking, and performance measurement of paid and organic social campaigns • Ensure proper campaign tagging, audience segmentation, and reporting • Maximize database effectiveness through lead segmentation, automation, and personalization • Leverage marketing automation and CRM strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value • Track performance, inform strategic decisions, and identify growth opportunities using analytics and reporting • Oversee configuration and integration of marketing automation platforms with Salesforce and Magento • Lead automation-platform integration to improve data synchronization, workflow automation, and customer experience • Partner with Corporate Marketing to activate brand-building campaigns across social, web, email, and influencer channels • Partner with channel marketing, product managers, marketing managers, and eCommerce teams to create sales-driving programs, promotions, and campaigns • Report to the VP, Ecommerce and work closely with the VP, Corporate Marketing

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience as a leader in digital marketing focused on email, SMS/RCS, and social media • 5+ years of experience creating, implementing, and running large-scale campaigns • Database management experience with an enterprise-level marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Adobe Campaign • Understanding of and experience implementing tracking and tagging mechanisms across digital platforms • Experience with marketing automation and CRM strategies • Experience with Salesforce and eCommerce platforms such as Magento • Experience with lead segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies • Experience using data analytics, scorecards, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting
