Descrição

• Serve as the technical point of contact within the development team, without disciplinary management responsibility • Develop hands-on and contribute to architecture work using C#/.NET • Implement your own features and bug fixes within the sprint • Take ownership of complex technical tasks and solve architectural challenges • Contribute to architectural decisions regarding modularization, interfaces, and security • Further develop core systems with C#/.NET and MS SQL into resilient, containerized Kubernetes services • Consider observability, performance, scalability, security, and deployment • Provide technical support during refinement sessions and explain technical concepts clearly to Product Managers • Expand and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Azure DevOps • Establish Clean Code practices, code reviews, and automated testing with a shift-left mindset • Document processes and systems • Develop best-practice guidelines and technical standards • Provide technical mentoring and coaching to developers in architecture, Clean Code, and systems thinking • Support the onboarding of new team members • Promote continuous learning and professional exchange • Coordinate with the Engineering Manager on technical matters and the technical direction

🎯 Requisitos

• Several years of experience developing web applications with C#/.NET • Proficiency with scalable database systems such as MS SQL and PostgreSQL • Experience with modern backend architectures and modular services • Experience with Angular (v15+) and RabbitMQ is a plus • Strong commitment to quality, pragmatism, and a holistic understanding of products • Experience integrating new technologies and digital solutions • Solid understanding of the opportunities and limitations of AI in a business context • Experience with AI/LLM-assisted development; ideally, experience integrating AI-based features • Proven hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes, fully automated deployments, and Infrastructure as Code • In-depth knowledge of designing, scaling, and orchestrating services • Proficiency with GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD • Experience with automated unit and system testing • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly • Interest in discovery processes with Product Managers and stakeholders • English at least C1 level • German at least B2 level
