Descrição

• Act as the technical point of contact within the development team and actively write code • Make technical decisions in day-to-day work and mentor colleagues professionally • Implement features and bug fixes within the sprint • Solve complex technical tasks and architectural challenges • Contribute to architecture decisions regarding modularization, interfaces, and security • Evolve core systems implemented in C#/.NET and MS SQL into resilient, containerized Kubernetes services • Consider non-functional requirements such as observability, performance, scalability, security, and deployment • Explain complex technical relationships clearly during refinement • Expand and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Azure DevOps • Establish Clean Code practices, code reviews, and automated unit and system tests • Make knowledge accessible across the team and create technical documentation • Develop best-practice guidelines and technical standards • Coach developers in architecture, clean code, and systems thinking • Support onboarding of new team members with technical guidance • Coordinate with the Engineering Manager on technical questions and direction • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders in discovery processes

🎯 Requisitos

• Several years of experience with web applications in C#/.NET • Confident experience with scalable database systems such as MS SQL and PostgreSQL • Experience with modern backend architectures and modular services • Ideally experience with Angular (v15+) and RabbitMQ • High quality standards, pragmatism, and holistic product understanding • Experience integrating new technologies and digital solutions • Solid understanding of the possibilities and limitations of AI in a corporate context • Experience in AI/LLM-assisted development, ideally including integration of AI-based features • Practical experience with Docker/Kubernetes, fully automated deployments, and Infrastructure as Code • In-depth knowledge of slicing, scaling, and orchestrating services • Routine use of GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and automated unit and system tests • Enjoy mentoring technically and sharing knowledge • Ability to communicate complex technical matters understandably to non-technical stakeholders • Interest in business understanding and collaboration in discovery processes • English at least C1 for the team • German at least B2 for stakeholder communication
