Descrição

• Develop BUSINESS and manage relationships with clients in the accounting and finance sectors. • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and negotiating offers. • Focus on business development, building and maintaining a strong client base, and generating new business opportunities. • Work on a hybrid desk, combining business development with recruitment activities. • Utilize your experience in investment management, asset management, hedge funds, or venture capital to understand client needs and match them with suitable candidates. • Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in recruitment (Accounting and Finance). • Proven track record in investment management, asset management, hedge funds, or venture capital. • Strong background in business development and full-cycle recruitment. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Experience in managing and mentoring less experienced recruiters is a plus. • Resourceful and keen to work in a relationship-based environment.
