Descrição

• Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally, ensuring installations are completed on schedule and meet quality standards • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during installation by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions • Perform setup, alignment, calibration, and verification of highly complex semiconductor capital equipment • Collaborate cross-functionally with KLA regions, engineering, and customer teams to verify system performance and transfer tool ownership • Provide clear status updates to all stakeholders throughout the installation process • Complete installation documentation and administrative requirements accurately and on time • Secure warranty sign-off on newly installed tools • Operate independently while following documented procedures and exercising sound technical judgment within defined guidelines • Work under guidance from managers and senior IEs, with increasing autonomy as experience grows • Engage effectively in cross-cultural and cross-functional environments • Travel extensively domestically and internationally to support customer installations worldwide

🎯 Requisitos

• Selected candidate must be able to work 6 days/week, 10 hours/day • 90%+ travel required • Strong knowledge of electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electro-optical systems • Experience with high-vacuum systems strongly preferred • Comfort working with computer systems, operating systems, and networking (Windows, Unix, or similar environments) • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented • Able to work effectively across cultures, functions, and geographies • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years • Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
