Descrição

• Lead and manage strategic cross-functional projects and programs from initiation through implementation and stabilization • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, issue logs, and governance materials • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives • Facilitate project planning, resource coordination, dependency management, and milestone tracking • Identify risks, issues, constraints, and dependencies and drive mitigation and resolution strategies • Coordinate communication and decision-making across organizational stakeholders • Support business case development, project intake, requirements gathering, and solution planning • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve customer experience, associate productivity, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes • Promote continuous improvement in project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies • Support the Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and AI portfolio and cross-functional programs across corporate functions

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • 3–7 years of IT work experience, including 3 or more years managing projects • Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools • Knowledge of resource management practices and change management techniques • Strong organization and prioritization skills across issue/risk, cost, scope, and schedule management • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, network, data center, or IT operations modernization initiatives preferred • Experience in a retail, omnichannel, or consumer-facing organization preferred • PMP, CSM, Agile certification, or equivalent project management certification preferred • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship
