Descrição

• Drive projects end to end from unclear problems to shipped solutions, focusing on impact • Partner with product, design, data, and operations to frame problems and deliver solutions • Own end-to-end delivery of complex features and critical workflows • Define technical approaches for projects while balancing simplicity, reliability, and maintainability • Drive technical discussions with cross-functional members and stakeholders • Lead debugging of difficult production issues using hypothesis-driven investigation and production data • Establish baseline observability, including metrics, logs, and exceptions, from project inception • Mentor, coach, pair with, and unblock more junior engineers • Collaborate with peers and develop expertise in selected areas • Own project-level data correctness, quality, observability, auditing, confidentiality, and incident response • Design and maintain schemas and transformations while balancing speed, structure, backward compatibility, and future-proofing • Design monitoring for data invariants and failure modes • Improve architecture, modularity, layering, and boundaries • Influence technical direction, testing, deployment, reviews, incident handling, and technical planning • Shape solutions with the squad and investigate the underlying business problem • Track and drive project metrics and business outcomes

🎯 Requisitos

• Senior-level software engineering experience • Ability to drive end-to-end delivery of complex features or critical workflows • Ability to lead debugging of complex production issues using metrics, logs, traces, and data inspection • Experience with observability, auditing, and incident response • Ability to ensure data integrity and confidentiality • Experience designing and maintaining schemas and transformations, including tables, events, and payloads • Experience designing monitoring for data invariants and failure modes • Comfortable working across the stack while developing depth in one or two areas • Ability to define technical approaches balancing simplicity, reliability, and maintainability • Ability to mentor, pair with, coach, and unblock other engineers • Commitment to reliability, testing, maintainability, and engineering excellence • Ability to use AI-powered tools while retaining ownership of decisions and outcomes • Alignment with Engineering Values: Ownership, Collaboration, Growth, Excellence, and Sustainability
