• Founder experience. • Deep technical fluency. • Domain experience. • Exceptional written communication. • Strong product judgment under ambiguity. • Bias toward simplicity. • Nice to have: Background in API infrastructure, FinOps, or AI infrastructure, experience leading open-source product strategy.
