Descrição

• Own and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes within IQMS, ensuring data integrity, system alignment, and operational performance across planning, production, inventory, and shipping. • Own system workflows across: Order → Planning → Production → Inventory → Shipping → Invoicing • Responsible for how the process actually runs—not just how it’s configured • Work with new product development team to ensure BOM accuracy and routings / cycle times accuracy • Align IQMS with real plant behavior: machine scheduling, labor reporting, downtime tracking • Identify bottlenecks using ERP + shop data and drive measurable improvements in throughput, scrap, on-time delivery, and inventory turns • Configure and maintain work orders, BOMs, routings, E-Plant structures, and inventory transactions • Define and enforce standard operating procedures tied to ERP transactions

🎯 Requisitos

• 3–10+ years in manufacturing operations, ERP ownership, or process engineering • Deep experience with DELMIAWorks (IQMS) • Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing (ideally plastics, injection molding, or similar) • Strong understanding of inventory control and costing • Experience with SQL / Oracle (preferred) • Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools
