Descrição

• You'll provide professional and efficient construction administrative support to Project Managers and regional project teams. • You'll serve as a liaison between project management, field teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and coordination. • You'll maintain and track project schedules in collaboration with Project Managers. • You'll coordinate project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, scheduling participants, reserving meeting rooms, organizing presentation materials, and arranging meals as needed. • You'll manage project documentation by maintaining SharePoint and Microsoft Teams sites, ensuring compliance with document management procedures, and supporting file organization and distribution. • You'll support project staff with administrative tasks, including expense reporting, timesheets, training records, and project documentation. • You'll handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

🎯 Requisitos

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred) • 3+ years of experience supporting construction projects, preferably within data center, mission-critical, or commercial construction environments • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar tools • Experience supporting project documentation, schedule coordination, cost tracking, and construction administration
