Descrição

• Perform all service support as well as upsells and sells service contracts to locations • Provide all Wascomat / Electrolux warranty labor • Offer installation/parts support when needed • Address all service and parts calls, customer support role • Coordinate and schedule service calls for team and customers • Support team in project manager role when needed on laundromat projects • Canvass markets and drop off mailers • Drive the sale of Preventative Maintenance and Service Plans • Recommend measures to improve service methods, equipment performance, and quality of service • Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems • Maintain time and service records • Perform other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requisitos

• 1+ years of experience in installation and repair of commercial equipment • High school diploma or GED required • Commitment to excellence and high standards • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to manage priorities and workflow • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent customer service skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions • Bilingual skills a plus • Valid Driver’s License
