Descrição

• Lead our technology transformation, guiding the organization off its current custom CRM and onto modern enterprise platforms built to scale • Serve as ongoing technical product authority, ensuring continuous evaluation and adoption of technology • Define product vision, own requirements, and serve as primary technical liaison to external development vendor • Lead evaluation and selection of new enterprise software platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs • Define technical architecture and integration strategy for new platforms in partnership with external team • Translate organizational requirements into a phased implementation roadmap with clear milestones • Maintain ongoing technology roadmap and assess emerging tools to ensure effective systems • Champion adoption strategy and partner with Sr. Technology & Operations Lead on execution • Author detailed technical documentation for the development team, including functional specifications • Drive delivery accountability, set expectations, and evaluate estimates

🎯 Requisitos

• 7–10 years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or technology program leadership role required • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise software evaluations and implementations, including CRM or ERP platform transitions • Proven track record managing external development vendors or technology partners, with direct accountability for technical delivery • Strong enterprise-level software experience operating in complex, multi-system environments • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working alongside iterative development teams • Deep understanding of enterprise software architecture and integration patterns • Ability to critically evaluate technical specifications, vendor proposals, and development estimates • Skilled at authoring functional requirements and technical specifications that bridge business needs and developer execution • Proficiency with project management and product tooling (Jira or equivalent) • Strong analytical instincts able to quickly assess a system, identify gaps, and recommend grounded solutions • AWS experience preferred
