Descrição

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across the email and communications platform • Work on high-volume email delivery systems, including sending infrastructure, queue management, throttling, bounce handling, and deliverability optimization • Build and improve APIs, background services, and data pipelines in .NET • Develop and maintain cloud-native services in Azure • Drive modernization by refactoring legacy code, migrating to modern patterns, and improving observability and testability • Collaborate with product and stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and incident response • Balance new feature development with improvements to reliability, maintainability, and developer experience • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence

🎯 Requisitos

• 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience • Full-stack development experience, owning features from backend to frontend • Strong experience with C# / .NET for APIs, services, and backend systems • Hands-on production experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Functions, Service Bus, SQL, and Storage • Experience with high-volume email systems and deliverability concepts including SPF/DKIM/DMARC, IP warming, bounce management, feedback loops, and monitoring • Strong SQL Server experience, including performant queries, schema design, and relational databases • Exposure to PostgreSQL is a plus • Experience modernizing mature or legacy codebases incrementally • Distributed systems, API design, testing, and CI/CD fundamentals • React / Next.js frontend development experience • Digital marketing domain knowledge, including campaign management, lead generation, marketing automation, or dealer/automotive marketing • Experience with message queues and event-driven systems • Familiarity with email service providers such as SendGrid, Mailgun, or SparkPost • Experience in a multi-tenant SaaS environment • Must be fluent in English and Spanish • Ability to work effectively in onsite, remote, or hybrid environments using video conferencing and collaboration tools, with proactive communication and a professional on-camera presence
