Descrição

• Collaborate with company partners to design, configure, maintain, and promote internal and external applications while ensuring accessibility compliance • Monitor, test, and optimize software for reliability and architectural standards • Contribute to continuous code delivery using deployment tools and automated testing • Scale and maintain applications for dynamic teams in a fast-paced environment • Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions • Use GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, and debugging, following prompting and code-review standards • Design and develop Generative AI features such as chat interfaces, document summarization, intelligent search, and automated content generation using Azure OpenAI Service and related APIs • Build and integrate RAG pipelines with vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, and pgvector • Apply Responsible AI practices, including bias awareness, PII handling, and content-safety review • Provide operational maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for applicable backend systems • Work as part of an autonomous agile team

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or similar, or a minimum of 5 years of experience required • Experience with a variety of object-oriented languages • Experience with web and cross-platform technologies • Hands-on experience with Git and code management methodologies • Experience with continuous delivery and automated testing • Experience with relational and unstructured data repositories • Experience using Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or other agile methodologies • Experience with React • Experience with MS VB and C# .NET frameworks, including Web Forms and Windows Forms, .NET Web API, Entity Framework 6.4, MVC Pattern, and SPA Framework • Experience with JavaScript and frameworks, including React JS • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, including stored procedures/scripts • Experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage Account, Azure Key Vault, Azure Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Azure App Service, Azure VMs, and Azure Table Storage • Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD • Working knowledge of GitHub Copilot or comparable AI coding assistants, including effective prompting and reviewing AI-generated code for quality and security • Familiarity with Generative AI/LLM concepts, Azure OpenAI Service, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases • Awareness of Responsible AI principles, including bias, PII handling, and content safety • Excellent communication skills and experience with MS Teams • Ability to work effectively on a cross-disciplinary team • Ability to work weekends when necessary • Preferred: Dapper, RESTful API/Web API, WCAG 2.1 and ARIA, Power BI, Selenium or comparable testing frameworks • Preferred: Azure AI certification or equivalent demonstrated proficiency • Preferred: coursework, certifications, or project experience in machine learning, NLP, or applied AI/ML • Experience with confidential data is a plus
