Descrição

• Develop features and applications for the assigned product area as part of an autonomous agile team • Design, configure, maintain, and promote internal- and external-facing applications • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards • Monitor, test, and optimize software for reliability and architectural compliance • Contribute to continuous code delivery using deployment tools and automated testing • Scale, build, and maintain scalable applications • Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions • Use GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, and debugging • Design and develop Generative AI features such as chat interfaces, document summarization, intelligent search, and automated content generation • Build and integrate RAG pipelines with vector databases to ground AI outputs in enterprise data • Apply Responsible AI practices, including bias awareness, PII handling, and content-safety review

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science or engineering, or a minimum of 5 years of experience • Experience with object-oriented programming languages • Experience with web and cross-platform technologies • Hands-on experience with Git and code management methodologies • Experience with continuous delivery and automated testing • Experience with relational and unstructured data repositories • Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or other agile methodologies • Required experience with React • Required experience with Microsoft VB and C# .NET frameworks, including Web Forms and Windows Forms • Required experience with .NET Web API, Entity Framework 6.4, MVC Pattern, SPA Framework, and JavaScript/React JS • Required experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, including stored procedures/scripts • Required experience with Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage Account, Azure Key Vault, Azure Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Azure App Service, Azure VMs, and Azure Table Storage • Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD • Working knowledge of GitHub Copilot or comparable AI coding assistants, including effective prompting and reviewing AI-generated code • Familiarity with Generative AI/LLM concepts, Azure OpenAI Service, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases • Awareness of Responsible AI principles, including bias, PII handling, and content safety • Ability to ensure confidentiality of products and data • Ability to work effectively on a cross-disciplinary team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience with MS Teams • Ability to work Monday-Friday standard business hours of 8:30 a.m.-4:45 p.m. ET, with weekends potentially necessary • Dapper, RESTful API/Web API, WCAG 2.1 and ARIA, Power BI, and Selenium or comparable testing frameworks are a plus • Azure AI certification and machine learning, NLP, or applied AI/ML coursework, certifications, or project experience are preferred
