Descrição

• Design and implement core Integrations Platform components, including APIs, event-driven systems, and connector orchestration layers. • Build and extend integration frameworks for reusable authentication, job retries, error handling, observability, and developer onboarding. • Deliver high-performance, secure, maintainable integrations with Okta, Workday, Azure AD, ServiceNow, and other external systems. • Build SDKs, CLI tools, and documentation to improve internal and external developer experience. • Drive technical decisions through architecture reviews, mentoring, and pairing with engineers. • Champion resilience, observability, and scalability across the integrations stack. • Collaborate with platform, product, and infrastructure teams to scale platform capabilities. • Build infrastructure connecting apps, identities, and data for enterprise customers.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience building scalable services, APIs, or integrations. • Strong experience as a backend or platform engineer. • Experience with enterprise integration patterns, including webhooks, event queues, third-party APIs, and hybrid cloud/on-prem environments. • Proficiency in one or more modern backend languages, such as Python, Go, or TypeScript. • Strong knowledge of API design, system performance, and software architecture. • Familiarity with identity and access management systems, including SCIM, OAuth2, SAML, IDPs, and HRIS tools. • Thoughtful approach to developer experience and technical communication. • Track record of shipping scalable platform features. • Must answer an integration-framework experience question as part of the application. • Sponsorship question concerns work in Canada or the United States.
