Descrição

• Manage planning, design, and construction of capital projects, including new buildings and renovations at applicable enterprise locations • Coordinate and oversee external contractors and in-house maintenance staff during construction and renovation activities • Develop, maintain, and take accountability for project scope, schedule, and budget aligned with client needs and organizational goals • Assist in preparing and managing contracts for architectural and engineering consultants • Oversee design activities through construction administration • Lead bidding, award, and construction execution processes • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards • Oversee telecommunications/data coordination and relocation services • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering • 5 years of directly related experience in healthcare or higher education capital project management • Strong working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in healthcare, laboratory, and medical office environments • Awareness of current industry trends and emerging technologies in MEP design • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit for basic tasks and file manipulation • Proficiency in project management software including eBuilder, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project • Working knowledge of building codes relevant to healthcare and research facilities • Understanding of regulatory agencies including the State Department of Health, City of Philadelphia, New Jersey Department of Health, and The Joint Commission • Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. • Frequent sitting/standing and keyboard use • Preferred: engineering, architectural, construction management, facilities management, or related certificates, licenses, and registrations
