Descrição

• Own the schedule, milestones, and client relationship on North American implementations • Run projects end to end, from intake through the handover gate • Set up new US projects by confirming sizing and category, establishing the baseline plan, and securing offshore configuration capacity • Track schedules and milestones against baseline, identify slippage, and re-plan as needed • Serve as the client point of contact for timing, sequencing, and client-side deliverables • Coordinate with the offshore configuration team on assigned US builds • Document, price, and route scope changes • Identify and escalate project risks early • Manage projects through closure, ensuring issues are resolved, support is briefed, and documentation is complete • Coordinate with the international project office on methodology while managing US priorities and workload locally • Meet billable utilization targets alongside delivery measures

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years managing software implementation projects with external clients, owning both schedule and client relationship • Experience with multi-site or phased rollouts • Comfortable holding clients to commitments and delivering hard news early • Experience carrying a billable utilization target alongside delivery work • Based in the United States • Able to travel to client sites across North America • Preferred: PMP or equivalent certification • Preferred: Experience managing projects with a build team in another country or time zone • Preferred: Manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution industry experience • Preferred: ERP implementation experience, particularly SYSPRO • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations or similar PSA tools
