Descrição

• Deliver marketing generated sales presentations over the computer using screen-sharing technology • Develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads • Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner • Follow through with the sales contract process to ensure that all required paperwork is completed accurately • Maintain the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued owner satisfaction • Answer owner questions regarding use of properties and location amenities • Contact owners to monitor satisfaction, promote upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities • Establish trust with prospective owners throughout the sales process • Complete and close the sales contract process

🎯 Requisitos

• 2+ years of timeshare sales experience highly preferred • Real Estate Licensed or Timeshare Sales Licensed • High school diploma or GED • Proficiency in English • Proficiency in computer skills, specifically in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel and Team • Must maintain an active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law • Two years plus related face to face timeshare sales experience preferred • Experience in virtual sales methodology preferred
