Descrição

• Support the Head of Product & Proposition in executing the Retail Liabilities strategy and achieving business and portfolio objectives • Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, customer behaviour, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and recommend actions • Develop and implement product enhancements, pricing strategies, and customer value propositions for acquisition, retention, and balance growth • Lead strategic initiatives, product launches, digitization programs, and transformation projects • Collaborate with business, technology, operations, risk, finance, compliance, and marketing stakeholders • Leverage data and customer insights to optimize product performance and support data-driven decision-making • Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and risk management requirements • Contribute to balance sheet, funding, revenue, and customer growth objectives • Drive customer experience and engagement programs, events, and tactical promotions • Interface with distribution, relationship managers, alternate channels, operations, BIU, legal, and compliance teams • Maintain audit preparedness and conduct ongoing market intelligence • Ensure business continuity as delegated by the business head

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in banking, wealth management, or product management • At least 2–3 years in a similar leadership role • Strong understanding of banking product management • Experience in deposit and liability products preferred • Exposure to digital banking environments is an advantage • Graduate or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build stakeholder relationships • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven insights • Ability to plan, organize, and continuously improve customer experience and service delivery across channels • Previous experience working in a full-time virtual environment is an added advantage • Ability to understand diverse banking products, processes, and transactions • Ability to identify and escalate risks • Ability to maintain audit preparedness
