Descrição

• Support delivery of commercial and small business utility energy efficiency programs, focusing on on-site inspections and customer engagement within the Delmarva Power and Light service territory • Conduct on-site inspections and verification activities to confirm project eligibility, measure installation quality, and ensure compliance with program requirements and quality standards • Serve as the primary field-facing representative, engaging with service providers and trade allies • Coordinate projects from application through completion, including documentation review, inspection tracking, corrective actions, and closeout activities • Coordinate with external program staff on project intake, scheduling, documentation review, and issue resolution • Provide day-to-day field and operational support to participating subcontractors • Support subcontractor onboarding and ongoing engagement • Maintain program documentation, inspection records, and tracking systems • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, inspection workflows, and quality control • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Communications, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered (one year of experience may substitute for one year of education) • Must reside within the DPL service territory on Maryland’s Eastern Shore • At least 2 years of professional work experience • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to travel regularly within the DPL service territory and complete occasional overnight travel • Must have access to a personal vehicle and use it for work-related travel • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment • Commitment to professionalism, sound business ethics, and protection of confidential and proprietary information
