Descrição

• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. • Proficient in at least one programming language and familiar with several technologies relevant to the team's domain. • Independently completes assigned tasks, writes clean and maintainable code, conducts code reviews, and identifies and resolves bugs. • Starts contributing to the design and implementation of smaller features and actively participates in technical discussions. • Demonstrates effective communication skills, collaboration, and the ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. • Proactively identifies areas for process improvement and contributes ideas to enhance team productivity and code quality.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 2+ years of software development experience. • Proven experience in front or back-end software development. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
