Descrição

• Provide expert technical guidance to surgeons and OR staff during live procedures • Act as the national SME for high-value technologies • Lead comprehensive training for OR nurses, Surgical Technicians, and Residents • Orchestrate the physical removal of competitive inventory and the streamlined organization of Medtronic stock • Audit hospital usage to identify exact "product equivalents" • Partner with local Surgical Account Managers to ensure conversions hit volume targets • Present clinical data and success metrics to hospital leadership • Provide elite-level coverage for territories in transition or vacancy

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, Nursing, or a related field • 2+ years of sales or clinical experience in a hospital environment • Ability to travel 75%+ within the US Region to support diverse hospital sites • Demonstrated success in previous roles with a high level of sales performance and persuasion skills • Understanding of hospital vendor/distributor workflows and supply chain management • Ability to develop and deliver complex business reviews to C-Suite and Value Analysis stakeholders • Proven ability to multi-task in high-pressure environments and work independently or as a team lead • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate complex CRM/inventory databases
