Descrição

• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures for client engagements from problem discovery through production deployment • Build and implement RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph • Architect data pipelines and integration patterns connecting AI capabilities to client systems and data sources • Integrate agents with enterprise systems using standards including Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Develop reusable components, skills, templates, and accelerators across engagements • Collaborate with project leads, consultants, and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs • Support internal product development across MGT’s AI tool suite • Present technical architectures and solution recommendations to leadership and client stakeholders • Participate in discovery sessions and workshops to identify high-impact AI use cases • Travel periodically to an MGT office or client location based on business needs • Lead technical delivery on engagements and mentor team members on AI solution patterns

🎯 Requisitos

• Three (3) or more years of professional experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required • Hands-on experience with LLM-based application development, retrieval-augmented generation architectures, agentic design patterns, prompt engineering, or vector databases • Strong technical problem-solving ability and track record of building practical solutions in real operating environments • Ability to translate operational challenges into working AI architectures • Ability to learn new technical capabilities, platforms, frameworks, and deployment patterns quickly • Strong communication skills to work with consultants, clients, executive leadership, and technical teams • Ability to independently scope, architect, and deliver technical solutions with minimal oversight • Comfort with RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, cloud deployment, and AI solution architecture • Preferred experience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing technical delivery • Preferred background in data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, or analytics platforms • Preferred programming experience in Python or similar languages • Preferred experience with cloud-based AI services on any major platform
