Descrição

• You define and take responsibility for end-to-end HR IT architectures — from developing the target architecture to implementation in complex SAP HCM and SuccessFactors landscapes • In presales and proposal phases you act as a sparring partner for decision-makers and develop viable, future-proof solution strategies • You make architectural decisions, establish guardrails for project teams and ensure solutions are scalable, integrable and sustainable • You design hybrid system landscapes (On-Prem & Cloud), own integration scenarios (e.g., SAP BTP, CPI, APIs) and support HR transformations end-to-end • Identifying new opportunities and strategically developing existing client relationships are part of your remit; you actively contribute your expertise to grow our business • Managing proposal processes, drafting architectural concepts for tenders and producing reliable effort estimates are also part of your responsibilities

🎯 Requisitos

• Several years of experience (typically 5+ years) in consulting within the SAP SuccessFactors or HCM domain, and a solid understanding of HR processes and their representation in complex system landscapes • Experience or a clear interest in sales-related topics, especially presales and proposal processes • Confident and composed presence at decision-maker level, combined with the ability to communicate complex business and technical content clearly, structured and tailored to the audience • Initial to substantial experience in presales, proposal or acquisition processes, ideally in the context of consulting or transformation projects • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes, integrations and interdependencies in HR-IT landscapes and the ability to derive viable solution approaches from them
