Descrição

• Leads the design and development of complex software systems • Writes clean, maintainable, and efficient code • Mentors and provides technical guidance to junior developers • Collaborates with other team members and stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features • Ensures the quality of code through code reviews, testing, and debugging • Stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies • Recommends new tools and processes to improve development efficiency and reliability • Leads technical discussions and makes technical decisions • Works with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues • Contributes to the development of software architecture and design

🎯 Requisitos

• 6+ years of experience in web or mobile development • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Strong experience in software development and coding • Strong experience with multiple programming languages and technologies specifically on javascript, python and flutter • Excellent leadership, mentorship, and communication skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience in leading development teams and delivering high-quality software • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
