Descrição

• Develop and execute sales strategies for processed beef and value-added products, aligned with business and profitability goals. • Manage and expand the customer portfolio, focusing on retail chains, food service, wholesalers, and distributors. • Lead negotiations and commercial agreements, ensuring sustainable margins and long-term partnerships. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales plans proactively. • Work closely with pricing, logistics, and production teams to guarantee product availability, competitive pricing, and delivery performance. • Coordinate promotional actions, trade marketing initiatives, and participation in industry events and fairs. • Implement CRM tools and sales performance dashboards to track results and support data-driven decision-making. • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management. • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to commercial practices.

🎯 Requisitos

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, or related fields. Master’s or MBA preferred. • **Experience:** in sales management, preferably within the meat, food, or agribusiness sectors. • **Technical Knowledge:** • Strong understanding of processed beef products, meat derivatives, and food distribution channels. • Experience with key account management and B2B sales. • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.). • **Skills:** • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. • High level of communication and presentation skills.
