Descrição

• Design and size acquisition tests across new channels, customer segments, and offers • Decide how large an acquisition test investment should be • Analyze credit risk and potential downside before tests launch • Review major bets with the manager before launch • Own day-to-day operations of third-party relationships • Work with acquisition partners on placement, pricing, and data terms • Monitor live test performance for risk and response issues • Partner with engineering, product, and marketing to launch tests involving new products or capabilities • Share strategy and results directly with senior leadership • Report to the Director, Growth

🎯 Requisitos

• 2+ years of experience in a highly analytical role • Financial Services Industry experience • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, or a similarly quantitative field, with a strong academic record • Track record of solving open-ended business problems: framing the question, forming a hypothesis, working through the data, and defending recommendations to stakeholders • Comfort working in SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis • Ability to travel ~4-6+ times per year for high quality in-person collaboration • Must be able to work in the United States; Mission Lane is not sponsoring new applicant employment authorization • Preferred: experience working with credit cards or other consumer lending products • Preferred: experience helping scale a business in a fast-moving startup environment • Preferred: strong SQL or Python skills • Preferred: experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, etc.)
