Descrição

• Lead equipment hardware projects and installations, partnering with suppliers and facilities to meet future process requirements. • Develop and optimize advanced photolithography track recipes to meet performance, defect, and cost targets for new memory parts. • Identify and resolve equipment-related issues by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC methodologies. • Design preventative maintenance schedules and programs to increase equipment uptime and reliability. • Evaluate and qualify new photo film materials and equipment configurations to support technology scaling. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology Development teams in Boise and Hiroshima while protecting Micron’s intellectual property. • Mentor junior engineers on equipment operations to contribute to the advancement of departmental goals.

🎯 Requisitos

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field • 4 years of experience in photolithography track equipment development and maintenance • Demonstrated expertise with High NA EUV Photo Track hardware and process control systems • Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and interpret complex schematic diagrams • Experience with failure analysis methodologies (FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC) to resolve assembly process issues.
