Descrição

• Works with business leaders and acts as a liaison between Information Technology (IT) and business leadership for assigned business units or vendors. • Collects, analyzes, reviews, documents and communicates business needs and requirements. • Ensures that the design and integration of customer solutions with IT and business partners leads to the development and growth of the business through effective use of technology. • Integrally involved in “buy vs. build’ decision-making. • Is proactive in understanding the customer’s business processes, the key drivers and measures of success for the business, and the short and long-term direction of the business and technology. • Identifies, proposes and influences business solutions, negotiates deliverables and requirements across multiple business customers or organizations. • Develops and improves business processes at all times, assisting with the development of metrics, both within the technology and business organizations. • Serves in a leadership role in the business unit(s) and within the IT organization. • Manages and balances the needs of diverse customers and the IT organization. • May supervise the project work of business analysts and developers.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline is required • A minimum of 8 years of related IT experience is required • Deep knowledge of SAP ABAP, experience within a manufacturing environment, and SAP Inventory/Warehouse Management (IM/WM) is required • Plant material flow and control knowledge, API development, and SAP ITS Mobile experience is desired • Experience with SAP PM/product serialization and SAP IM/WM configuration is preferred • Understanding of Agile methodologies to align with business priorities, break down work into Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and iterate quickly on product changes • Thorough understanding of structured analysis, design, programming techniques, and change management • Expert skills in analyzing business problems, objectives/requirements and translating them into an application solution • Proven track record of successful, large-scale website implementation projects from a leadership and development perspective. • Readily picks up and applies new business concepts, new application systems, and new technology
