Descrição

• Define and execute the global strategy for Solutions Engineering to support revenue growth and customer success • Establish frameworks for technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-concept delivery • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers • Create training programs, career development paths, and performance metrics • Oversee and guide C-level product presentations and workshops for enterprise prospects and clients • Ensure alignment of technical messaging with business outcomes and value-based selling strategies • Develop best practices for analyzing RFIs/RFPs and defining response strategies • Drive process improvements and leverage tools for scalability and efficiency • Collaborate with Sales leadership to optimize deal strategy and technical engagement • Collaborate with Product Management to influence the roadmap based on market feedback • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and customer-facing engagements • Lead the global Solutions Engineering function by setting vision, strategy, and operational excellence for technical pre-sales and solution design • Oversee Solutions Engineers to ensure compelling technical engagements, customer success, and influence on product direction • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to accelerate growth and position solutions as market leaders

🎯 Requisitos

• Global Solutions Engineering strategy supporting revenue growth and customer success • Technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-concept delivery frameworks • Building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing Solutions Engineering team • Training programs, career development paths, and performance metrics • C-level product presentations and enterprise workshops • Technical messaging aligned with business outcomes and value-based selling • RFI/RFP analysis and response strategy development • Process improvement and tools for scalability and efficiency • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales leadership, Product Management, and Marketing • Ability to influence product roadmap based on market feedback • Representation at industry events, webinars, and customer-facing engagements • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state; candidates in California or other states with active pay transparency laws will not be considered
