Descrição

• Develop software for clinical and patient-facing applications • Work within a collaborative engineering team using an agile process • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the offshore team • Define scope, objectives, technical direction, and independently analyze and design implementations • Collaborate with business partners on technology recommendations for complex healthcare integrations • Establish, maintain, and ensure compliance with standards and procedures for design, development, testing, documentation, and CI/CD • Contribute to high-quality, secure, and reliable systems • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other cross-functional stakeholders • Identify engineering process-improvement opportunities, build buy-in, and enact positive change • Balance and fulfill multiple priorities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• BS or BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, etc., or equivalent work experience • 4+ years of prior work experience as a software engineer or similar role • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and object-oriented design patterns • 2+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core and/or .NET Framework and C# • 2+ years of experience with Web API, including minimal API, Azure Functions, and Entity Framework preferred • 1+ years of experience with React or similar technologies • 1+ years of experience with Azure • 1+ years of experience with messaging-based solutions such as Event Hub • SQL Server experience required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional teamwork • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Familiarity with HL7 and FHIR is nice to have • Ability to work CST or EST hours
