Descrição

• Lead the regular operations of the finance team • Support and improve operations across the company • Provide guidance on financial and operating priorities aligned with strategic directions • Oversee accounting for US and Canadian operations • Evaluate and direct accounting, audits, and financial policy development • Oversee monthly consolidated financial statements • Prepare annual budgets, executive payrolls, financial reports, and analysis for chief executives • Oversee finance and accounting activities and accurate, timely reporting • Manage A/P, A/R, collections, payroll, and related accounting functions • Lead monthly and quarterly close cycles • Ensure tax and compliance filings, including sales and use tax compliance and nexus analysis • Develop and apply GAAP-compliant accounting and finance policies and procedures • Maintain financial and SaaS industry metrics • Manage treasury and forex programs, including hedging, alongside the CFO • Assist with annual budgets and resource allocation planning • Coach, train, and retain the finance team • Own the annual external audit process • Drive automation and adoption of technologies, including AI, in finance and reporting • Implement processes and policies supporting a strong control environment and corporate security • Develop and monitor business performance metrics • Partner with GTM and Rev Ops on processes, billings, pricing, and data accuracy • Support the CFO with ad hoc analysis, strategic finance initiatives, and broader team goals

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 7 years leadership experience leading finance teams • Experience operating in multi-currency and multi-entity environments with consolidation reporting • Comfortable working in an Outlook/Windows environment • Experience implementing new systems and AI initiatives • Previous experience in a financial leadership role • Participation in organization-wide reporting and compliance activities • Effective organizational skills and ability to influence others and resolve challenging projects • Strong analytical and data-driven approach • Ability to create scalable processes within a growing company • Willingness to directly support the team when required • Strong attention to detail • Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere • High level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation • Experience representing company values and advancing company and client reputation • A recognized and valid professional accounting designation is preferred • Experience with Multiview Financial Software is an asset
