Descrição

• Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices using Python, following best practices in architecture and scalability. • Own the full lifecycle of services: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring. • Define and evolve architectural patterns to ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability. • Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and other engineering teams to define technical solutions aligned with business needs. • Identify performance bottlenecks and lead optimization efforts across services. • Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices. • Contribute to technical decision-making regarding infrastructure, tooling, and system design. • Support the definition of API contracts and integration patterns across services. • Participate in incident response and troubleshooting for production systems.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer, with strong expertise in Python. • Solid experience designing, building, and maintaining microservices architectures. • Strong understanding of scalability, distributed systems, and high-availability design patterns. • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Solid knowledge of RESTful API design and asynchronous communication patterns (message queues, event-driven architecture). • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Experience working in agile teams and collaborating across multiple stakeholders. • Strong communication skills and ability to work in demanding, high-compliance environments (financial/banking industry experience is a plus).
