• Design, develop, and maintain web applications, internal tools, and integrations across multiple platforms. • Manage CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance. • Develop front-end interfaces and back-end logic, APIs, and database connections. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web platforms, internal systems, and workflows. • Document systems, architecture, and processes for cross-team accessibility. • Implement API integrations and database connectivity solutions across company systems. • Leverage automation tools like Zapier to streamline workflows and processes. • Maintain and support company software and applications, including 1Password, Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, Asana, Google Workspace, Helium 10, HubSpot, Jotform, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Slack, Time Doctor, and WordPress. • Analyze data and create charts, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. • Utilize advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools to process and present data effectively. • Ensure system compliance with security standards, including antivirus, firewall, and two-factor authentication. • Communicate technical requirements and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to deliver integrated technical solutions. • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to other developers or team members when required. • Actively contribute to process improvements and system optimizations across the organization. • Train team members on system usage, workflows, and technical tools as needed. • Document and share knowledge to improve team efficiency and continuity. • Support ad-hoc tasks in line with organizational needs and priorities.
• Proven experience in full-stack development or systems development, including front-end and back-end technologies. • Proficiency in WordPress and other CMS platforms. • Strong understanding of IT procedures, system architecture, and security practices. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, and data visualization tools. • Experience with APIs, database integration, and automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Airtable). • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment. • Strong interpersonal skills and cross-team collaboration abilities. • Nice to have: Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, or other e-commerce platforms. • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, Slack, and Time Doctor. • Knowledge of security protocols and IT compliance standards. • Experience in digital marketing technology applications and online marketing workflows. • Understanding of cloud-based systems and SaaS platforms. • A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM) • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed.
