Descrição

• Lead design and technical implementation decisions for robust order processing capabilities • Guide key stakeholders on technical and design decisions • Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and drive engineering best practices, including AI tooling • Collaborate with Product Managers to gather requirements and review designs with stakeholders • Support software from ideation through release, operation, and maintenance • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of highly available backend systems • Support business applications, order processing, and integration with other services • Drive quality initiatives and support QA activities with QA engineering teams

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years of overall software development experience, focused on secure, scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot • Strong experience with event-driven architecture and Apache Kafka • Experience working with remote and hybrid teams, including overseas contractors • Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical best practices • Experience with software development lifecycle processes, software configuration, releases, and deployment activities • Extensive knowledge of Test-Driven Development and/or Domain-Driven Development • Extensive knowledge of AI processes and procedures related to SDLC • Experience with service-oriented and microservice architecture • Experience building, maintaining, troubleshooting, and expanding software within AWS • Experience with GraphQL API design and implementation in Java • Strong relational database design and optimization skills • Advanced Java programming with Spring Boot expertise • SQL and NoSQL database experience, including MySQL, Elasticsearch, and DynamoDB • Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation • Docker or container-oriented technologies • CI/CD with GitLab • Experience with Claude/Cursor, MCPs, AI Agents, and Skills • Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito • Expert knowledge of the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Data and Spring Security • Experience with distributed systems monitoring and troubleshooting • Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
