Descrição

• Oversee all phases of data center construction from design review to commissioning and handover • Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to meet project specifications and timelines • Review design drawings and technical submittals for compliance with company standards and operational requirements • Manage change control, progress tracking, and budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle • Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests for UPS, chillers, generators, and switchgear • Liaise with local authorities, utilities, and regulatory bodies • Ensure permits, licenses, and building, fire, electrical, and environmental inspections are completed on schedule • Maintain compliance with local codes, safety standards, ISO, Uptime Institute, and TIA-942 best practices • Manage documentation and reporting for occupancy certification and operational approvals • Lead commissioning and validate electrical, mechanical, BMS, and security systems • Develop and implement SOPs and EOPs for facility systems • Train operations teams on site-specific systems, monitoring tools, and safety practices • Ensure a smooth transition from construction to operations with full documentation and warranty records • Oversee daily facility operations, preventive maintenance, and vendor management after commissioning • Monitor and optimize PUE and energy efficiency • Implement sustainability and reliability improvements, capacity planning, and infrastructure upgrades • Ensure adherence to HSE standards across facility operations

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of construction project management experience focused on data center or colocation infrastructure • Experience with a general contractor, colocation provider, or hyperscaler • Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects • Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and design coordination • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders • Must be authorized to work in the country in which applying and provide proof of employment eligibility
