Descrição

• Drive the market launch and IP roadmap of innovative AI-powered solutions collaborating with sales, marketing, consulting and development. • Work closely with the Agentic AI COE Leader. • Understand competitive market intelligence and conduct research to inform AI roadmap and features. • Define product requirements and roadmaps in partnership with cross-functional teams for customer impact. • Support COE Leader in assessing AI innovation opportunities across industries. • Identify use cases where agentic AI can enhance and/or orchestrate enterprise workflows. • Develop ROI models and frameworks for realizing value of AI offerings and solutions. • Collaborate with sales, design, engineering, data science, and ServiceNow teams to deliver AI capabilities. • Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch with an emphasis on usability and performance. • Stay informed on emerging trends in agentic AI, LLMs, and enterprise automation.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in product management with a focus on AI, machine learning, or enterprise software. • 7+ years of experience in a consulting or a product company. • Experience integrating AI solutions into platforms like ServiceNow or similar enterprise systems. • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, autonomous agents, and NLP. • Experience with AI cloud services from AWS, Google GCP, Azure, etc. • Experience in launching enterprise AI solutions with exposure to AI governance, ethics, responsibility, etc. • Experience working in services or consulting environments preferred specifically with AI
