Descrição

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients • Implement and coordinate environment creation and data migration according to project scope • Participate in all implementation lifecycle stages, including discovery, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support • Gather customer requirements and understand current and future-state systems • Design and configure system infrastructure and NextGen solution technical components • Provide customer knowledge transfer on system and user maintenance • Troubleshoot issues throughout implementation and post-go-live support • Identify risks and communicate issues through the Project Manager and internal leadership • Document and validate customer requirements and map them to NextGen functionality • Create system blueprints and dataflow diagrams for projects • Conduct phone and in-person consulting sessions to ensure technical production readiness • Attend internal and client project meetings and provide progress and deliverable status • Consult clients on technical architecture requirements • Ensure infrastructure meets technical specifications and best practices • Serve as a go-to resource for functional areas for internal and external users • Execute and modify SQL and PowerShell scripts to meet customer needs • Document best practices and solutions and contribute to the solutions repository and internal knowledge sharing • Review and respond to posted feedback and questions • Lead and participate in Continuing Education sessions • Complete new release training and stay current on product functionality • Perform basic and complex troubleshooting and engage other teams as needed • Perform other duties supporting the overall objective of the position

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree, or any combination of education and experience providing the required qualifications • 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT in a technical role, preferably with enterprise solutions • Experience with software in a SaaS/cloud computing environment • Industry certification in networking, SQL, or related areas • Customer-centric approach • Excellent organization, communication, collaboration, and listening skills • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Technology and troubleshooting skills • Ability to independently execute client projects • Ability to read and understand vendor technical specifications • Ability to analyze vendor feedback, determine root cause, and identify next steps • Ability to manage multiple projects and customers and prioritize work • Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
