🎯 Requisitos

• Senior leadership experience in Health & Benefits, partnerships, or carrier management • Deep understanding of field dynamics and carrier ecosystems • Proven ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and deliver outcomes • Strategic, consultative, and execution‑focused leadership style.
