Descrição

• Lead the reporting and analytics strategy for the Horizon Digital Product Management team • Understand the product goals, development of reports outlining key insights and presentation of these reports to external clients and Horizon senior management on a regular basis • Generate data driven insights that support prioritization of Horizon's investment in building capabilities and business and technology strategies • Measure and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of digital projects • Analyze, understand and translate data acquired through digital and direct marketing campaigns to produce insights that help steer the product development process. • Design, develop and distribute customer-facing reports for digital products, highlighting key learnings and opportunities • Map analytics to key business goals in partnership with stakeholders and digital leadership team • Collect and analyze digital product performance and trends across multiple channels • Engage with business stakeholders, acting as a point of contact for cross-functional collaboration • Build strong strategic relationships with business leaders.

🎯 Requisitos

• Prefers a Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Information Technology, Marketing, or related field, or 12 years relevant work experience in lieu of degree. • Requires a minimum of 7-10 years of experience related work experience preferably in health insurance. • Experience as a key contributor in major company initiatives and demonstrated some leadership experience. • Web analytics experience. • Experience with front-end Business Intelligence tools required (Tableau, Google analytics, etc.). • Experience creating and presenting data that can be readily understood by business leaders and external customers required. • Demonstrates proficiency in structured query languages or analysis techniques. • Demonstrates significant ability in preparing data for presentation. • Demonstrates ability to apply structure to a loosely defined problem. • Demonstrates understanding of core business functions. • Strong quantitative & analytical skills • Ability to extract, track, report, and analyze data in order to assist decision making across the company. • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization. • Healthcare Industry experience. • Attention to detail. • High level of energy and customer focus.
