Descrição

• Build and lead a high-performing team of platform and ML engineers • Design and develop globally distributed AI inference platform • Deliver OpenAI-compatible endpoints • Orchestrate inference workloads across regions • Recruit and hire exceptional engineers • Lead the technical strategy for a global AI inference platform • Ensure performance, compliance, and security of Akamai Inference Cloud • Establish platform standards and blueprints for production-grade AI applications • Make critical decisions on AI tooling based on technical evaluation

🎯 Requisitos

• 10 years of relevant experience in AI/ML products • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Hands-on experience with AI inference optimization, model serving, and LLM deployment • Understanding of containerization strategies for AI workloads • Proficiency with cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes • Expertise in building highly available, low-latency platforms • Knowledge of AI application platforms, AI safety, and GPU infrastructure is ideal
