Descrição

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow HRSD solutions supporting enterprise HR initiatives • Configure and maintain HRSD components including HR services, case templates, HR knowledge, workflows, lifecycle events, journeys, COEs, and security/role models • Modify, maintain, and modernize existing HRSD solutions to improve employee experience and HR operational efficiency • Develop workflow automation, UI policies, data policies, business rules, client scripts, and HRSD integrations • Collaborate with HR product owners and stakeholders to translate HR and business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Integrate HRSD with core HR systems such as Workday and SAP and other enterprise platforms • Interact with virtual HR customers, process owners, and development teams using communication and collaboration tools • Create and maintain technical documentation for HRSD solutions, configurations, and changes • Mentor, train, and demonstrate HRSD capabilities to other professionals • Perform emergency on-call duties as needed to support production HRSD services

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 5+ years of related experience, or master's degree with 3+ years of related experience • Hands-on ServiceNow development experience with significant HRSD module experience • Proficiency with JavaScript and familiarity with Python or PowerShell for automation and integration • Understanding of SQL database connections, object structures, and queries • Ability to research and evaluate new ServiceNow and HRSD capabilities • Self-motivated, creative problem-solver adaptable to new technologies and evolving requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical HR stakeholders • Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities • Strong attention to detail and conceptual, analytical, and planning skills • Strong collaboration and team-dynamics skills in a virtual/remote environment • Ability to travel occasionally to support different locations • Experience with object-oriented programming concepts and patterns preferred • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or ServiceNow Certified HRSD Implementation Specialist preferred • Experience implementing or supporting HR processes in ServiceNow or similar platforms preferred • Experience integrating ServiceNow with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred • Experience with SAFe Agile methodology and agile delivery teams preferred
