• Maintain certification in primary EHR module (if applicable) and demonstrate proficiency across multiple applications. • Independently lead workflow demonstrations and functional presentations for users and stakeholders. • Perform advanced system configuration, build, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision. • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and project initiatives. • Act as a mentor and resource to Application Analyst I staff, supporting decision-making and prioritization. • Manage and resolve complex tickets across multiple modules, ensuring timely and accurate solutions. • Lead end-user training sessions and cross-functional meetings, including collaboration with IT and help desk teams. • Develop strong understanding of cross-functional systems, workflows, and upstream/downstream impacts. • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and interface teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Minimum Required: Two to three (2-3) years of healthcare operations (clinical, patient care, administrative or revenue cycle), information technology or health information technology experience OR Demonstrated competency in Applications Analyst I role. • For Epic roles: Current Epic certification(s) OR Willing to travel for training and achieve certification within 90 days of completion of training at Epic in application as assigned. • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields) Current Epic certification(s)
