Descrição

• Support OCHIN’s mission by leveraging deep technical expertise • Resolve complex technical issues and optimize processes • Implement innovative solutions aligned with business objectives • Foster collaboration with non-technical stakeholders • Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues • Support project implementations and address member maintenance issues • Drive documentation and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a certified Epic Willow Inpatient Applications Analyst • Minimum of 2 years of build experience • Epic certification required in Willow Inpatient • Experience with full-cycle install Willow build • Ability to travel to support install work and Go Live support up to 20% • Work history in Healthcare IT is required • Consistently acts with integrity and accountability • Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented • Strong organizational and project management skills • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before team interview
